Zoe Hobbs

Zoe Hobbs (Ngāruahine) is a highly accomplished New Zealand sprinter, hailing from Stratford, Taranaki. At the age of 25, she already holds the New Zealand National 100m record at an incredible time of 10.97s, as well as the fastest time ever run across New Zealand and Australia, which is also the fastest 100m performed globally in 2023.

In addition to her impressive athletic achievements, Zoe is also a co-founder of Athos App, an athlete nutrition startup. She graduated from Massey University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in human nutrition.

Zoe is currently focused on preparing for the World Championships in Budapest in August 2023 and the Olympics in Paris in August 2024, and is building a limited number of commercial partnerships to support her athletic programme and align to her values. Health and wellbeing through good nutrition and being a role model for youth are areas of importance that Zoe wishes to pursue with her partnerships.

Throughout her career, Zoe has competed in several national and international events, including the World Indoor Championships in Serbia 2022, the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham 2022, and the World Championships in Doha 2019, where she competed in the 100m and 200m sprints. She holds several records, including the Oceania & NZ Women's 100m Record, the Oceania & NZ Women's Indoor 60m Record, the NZ 100m U19/20 100m Record, the NZ Women's 4x100m Record, and the NZ All-comers 100m Record, and has won an impressive 26 National Championship medals, 19 of them gold, from 2012 to 2023.

In addition to her many accomplishments, Zoe has won the World University Games Bronze in

4x100m in 2019 and the Australian Youth Olympic Festival 100m Gold in 2013. Her dedication, hard work, and impressive results make her a formidable force in the world of sprinting and a proud representative of New Zealand.
